SFN.BSS helps network partners manage orders, changes, terminations and fault reports in a standardised way. The system reflects the key processes within the SFN partner network and includes an interface that is maintained together with the national ALEX order platform.

For network partners, this means less workload related to their own systems, clear processes and simpler collaboration with telecom providers. SFN.BSS is under continuous development and is adapted to the requirements of the partner network.
