SFN.FLL (Fibre Local Loop)

SFN.FLL (Fibre Local Loop)

Onboarding of FTTH connection lines into the Swiss Fibre Net (SFN) partner network.

Through SFN.FLL, network partners can make their FTTH connection lines available to telecom providers. The fibre optic connection line links the network partner's PoP to the Unit of Use, for example the end customer's home.

Swiss Fibre Net helps network partners integrate their fibre optic infrastructure into the SFN partner network and make it usable on the national market. This allows regional FTTH networks to be marketed more effectively, connected according to unified standards, and made available to multiple telecom providers.

Benefits for network partners

  1. Greater utilisation of existing FTTH infrastructure
  2. Access to relevant telecom providers
  3. Integration into a partner network covering the whole of Switzerland
  4. Standardised processes for orders and operations
  5. Support through market knowledge and experience in the wholesale sector

ALEX order platform

In order to ensure uniform processing of orders, changes, terminations and fault reports, Swiss Fibre Net uses the ALEX order platform. This platform brings together telecoms providers and network partners via a standardised interface.

For network partners, this means fewer individual interfaces, clear processes and simplified collaboration with multiple telecom providers within the SFN partner network.
